Use the following to help you choose your ski or snowboard level... |

SKI LEVELS |
|
| LEVEL 0 | Never skied or have skied on a dry slope for less than 5 hours. |
| LEVEL 1 | Have skied for approximately one week, can link snow-plough turns and have used lifts, can ski green runs. |
| LEVEL 2 | Wobbly shaky parallels on green/blue runs with approximately two weeks’ experience. |
| LEVEL 3 | Skiing parallel on green/blue runs but come unstuck on red or narrow runs. |
| LEVEL 4 | Linked parallels including red runs, skiing with confidence and control, attempting steep slopes with approximately 4-8 weeks’ experience. |
| LEVEL 5 | Confident carved turns on red runs. Black runs not a problem. |
| LEVEL 6 | Excellent skier, confident off-piste, steeps, moguls, attempting racing techniques and instructor training. |
| SNOWBOARD LEVELS | |
| LEVEL 0 | Never ridden a snowboard before. |
| LEVEL 1 | One week’s experience, linking wobbly front and backside turns. |
| LEVEL 2 | 2 or 3 weeks’ experience, attempting first tricks and jumps. |
| LEVEL 3 | Experienced rider, perfecting skills in the snowpark. |
